Why we built it
A VA medical file can run hundreds of pages. You get told to bring “the evidence” and nobody shows you where it is. 369Scan reads your Blue Button, sorts everything by date and page, and picks out the common VA language and terms so you don't have to dig.
How it works
You drop in your VA.gov Blue Button PDF. Your browser reads it right there on your computer. It doesn't get uploaded. You get the full breakdown: every note, lab, med, image and appointment by date, with the page it's on. You also get the record check, which points out every spot where the record contradicts itself, skips something, or copies old notes forward.
Free to scan. The basic scan and condition map stay free. No subscription, and we never take a cut of your benefits. Other files, like C-file extracts or scans, get a free count for now. A full breakdown for those, and for civilian medical records, is coming soon.
How we pay the bills
We keep the lights on with optional paid extras and tools for law firms and civilian records later. The basic scan stays free.
We never need your email to run a scan. We only ask for it if you sign in. See the privacy policy for the details.

We're an independent shop. We're not the VA, not a law firm, and not a VSO or claims agent. We don't rate anything, give medical or legal advice, or file claims.
