Our mission
Most veterans are underpaid because a condition appears throughout their medical records but was never claimed — or was claimed without the right evidence. 369Scan exists to close that gap: upload your records, and we cross-reference them against 38 CFR Part 4, the VA’s own rating schedule, to flag documented but unrated conditions.
How it works
You upload your VA and private medical records. We index the documents and match findings, diagnoses, and treatment history against the 38 CFR Part 4 criteria to surface conditions that could support a claim. You keep control of your files and decide what to submit.
