Official VA tools and claim filing are available only through government channels such as VA.gov.
A records index, not a rating decision
369Scan lists what your VA Blue Button contains, by date and page, with page citations so you can check each entry yourself. Blue Button files are read on your own computer and never uploaded. It does not decide whether you qualify for benefits, does not assign or predict a disability rating, and does not tell you what to claim. Only VA makes rating decisions, based on your full claims file.
Not a medical opinion
Nothing in an index or documentation check is a diagnosis, a medical opinion, or a nexus opinion. Entries repeat what the records say; they do not judge the care you received. Questions about your health belong with a licensed clinician.
Not representation or legal advice
We are not a Veterans Service Organization, attorney, or VA-accredited claims agent. We do not file claims, do not represent you before VA, and never ask for your VA.gov, ID.me, or Login.gov password. Only VA-accredited representatives may help you prepare, present, or prosecute a claim.
Accuracy and completeness
Indexing depends on the file you upload. Scanned pages, handwriting, missing sections, or a partial Blue Button download can cause entries to be missed or misread. Check anything important against the page it cites and against the original record.
Verify with VA or an accredited representative
Before making claim or household financial decisions, verify your rating, effective dates, and payment amounts with VA or an accredited Veterans Service Officer, claims agent, or attorney. Deadlines for reviews and appeals are strict, and 369Scan does not calculate or track them.
