1. Your Records
When you upload VA or private medical records for analysis, those documents are used only to produce your condition-match report. We do not sell your records, use them for advertising, or share them with third parties. You decide what, if anything, to file with the VA.
We keep your documents only as long as needed to provide the analysis and any saved results you request, and you can delete your uploads at any time.
2. No Account Needed to Browse
You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide personal details to browse the site or read our guides. If you only do that, we do not need your name, email, or phone number.
3. Optional Features — Email Only If You Choose
A few optional features ask for an email address only when you start them yourself:
- Account sign-in (magic link) — for saved results and optional reminders
- Pro unlock — when you buy the one-time $97 full report, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
We do not sell your email. You can use the site without joining any of the optional features above.
4. Not a Government Website
This is an independent service and is not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or any government agency. This is not the official VA.gov website.
5. Informational Only
Analysis results are informational and based on 38 CFR Part 4 and published VA rules. This is not legal advice. Always verify your official disability rating and compensation amounts directly at VA.gov.
6. No Legal Representation
We are not lawyers. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal help with your claim, consult a qualified veterans attorney or accredited representative.
7. Analytics and Technical Logs
We use basic, anonymous analytics (such as Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are used. This data does not include your medical records or analysis results.
Like most websites, our host may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to profile veterans or reconstruct your records.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the changes here with a new date. We will not email you about policy updates unless you have already signed up for an optional email feature listed above.
